Maybel's Gothic Throne 👑🖤

A rather special little creation has emerged from the Woven Witch workshop — a beautiful miniature Gothic throne, made especially for our beloved Blythe doll, Maybel.

Printed in walnut wood-filled PLA, the throne features intricate Gothic arches, delicate pointed spires and ornate carved details reminiscent of antique cathedral furniture. The rich walnut colour gives it a wonderfully old-world appearance, so we decided to leave it in its natural finish.

After patiently waiting for the 3D printer to complete its work, the supports were carefully removed and the throne was ready for its very first occupant.

And who better than Maybel herself?

Dressed in her beautiful red tartan dress, complete with a matching bow in her dark hair, Maybel took her place upon her new throne. With her tiny bare feet dangling over the edge, she looked absolutely adorable!

Best of all, the throne fits her perfectly.

This project marks a lovely milestone for Woven Witch Miniatures, bringing together a love of Gothic design, doll collecting and the possibilities of 3D printing.

There is something wonderfully satisfying about turning an idea into a real miniature object, especially when the finished creation looks just as charming as we'd hoped.

And so, we officially declare this occasion Maybel's Royal Throne Day! 👑

One little doll, one Gothic throne, and another touch of handmade magic in the Woven Witch workshop.

Project status: Completed
Material: Walnut wood-filled PLA
First royal occupant: Maybel
Verdict: A perfect fit! 🤎
