🌙 Clear Sky Becomes Luna Bloom

Sometimes a name seems right until the yarn is actually sitting in front of you.

One of the five cardigans in the upcoming WildWood Collection was originally going to be called Clear Sky. It suited the beautiful pale blue yarn I'd chosen, and for a while I was perfectly happy with it.

Then my husband suggested another name.

Luna Bloom.

And that was it.

Suddenly Clear Sky didn't stand a chance.

Luna Bloom feels much more at home amongst the other names in WildWood — Foxglove, Dryad, Bluebell and Heatherbell. There's something a little more magical about it, and the soft blue yarn reminds me of flowers beneath cool moonlight.

So the fifth member of WildWood has officially been renamed.

Foxglove. Dryad. Bluebell. Heatherbell. Luna Bloom.

Five cardigans, each with its own little piece of the forest.

And apparently Woven Witch now has an unofficial Naming Department too.

My husband will be delighted. 😂
